1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop of Granola Factory.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking “Place order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT (via Stripe) or cash on delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided. Delivery times are listed on the Shipping & payment page.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the cancellation policy.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
