Are the biscuits suitable for dogs with allergies?
Our biscuits are made from a few hypoallergenic ingredients and contain no animal protein, eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten or additives – the most common triggers of food intolerances. If your dog has a known allergy, please check the full composition on the product page or talk to your vet.
Are the biscuits really vegan?
Yes. All recipes are 100 % plant-based – no meat, fish, eggs, dairy or any other animal ingredients.
How many biscuits can my dog have per day?
For adult dogs we recommend: 1–10 kg: 10–20 g (4–8 pieces) · 10–20 kg: 20–40 g (8–16 pieces) · 20–40 kg: 40–80 g (16–32 pieces) · over 40 kg: 80–100 g (32–40 pieces). Always provide fresh drinking water and factor the biscuits into the daily food ration.
Are the biscuits suitable for puppies?
Our feeding guide refers to adult dogs. The biscuits are easy to break and well tolerated – for puppies and dogs with special dietary needs we recommend agreeing the amount with your vet first.
Do the biscuits contain sugar?
No, we never add sugar. In the green recipe, dates and apples provide natural sweetness.
How long do the biscuits keep?
Unopened, the biscuits keep for 24 months. After opening, reseal the pouch and store in a cool, dry place – they will stay crunchy for a long time.
Where and how are the biscuits made?
We bake our biscuits in small batches in our own officially registered facility following HACCP standards – powered by solar energy. Every recipe is laboratory-analysed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay – and with TWINT in Switzerland. Cash on delivery is also available in selected countries.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Shipping costs and delivery time depend on the destination country and are shown in the cart. Above a minimum order value we ship for free – you can see the current threshold at the top of the page.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons only unopened pouches can be returned. You will find all details in our cancellation policy.
